Court Appointed Special Advocates® (CASAs) are community volunteers, just like you, who stand up and speak out to help abused and neglected children.

Our CASA program belongs to a network of 951 community-based programs that recruit, train and support citizen-volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in courtrooms and communities.

Please take a few minutes to watch the documentary video below, produced by Sandgrain Productions. The video highlights the transformative impact that our CASA volunteers' advocacy makes in the lives of Clackamas County foster children.

If you suspect a child is being abused or neglected, please call: 971-673-7112 or 1-855-503-SAFE (7233)
